| How to Print All Approved Images | Identification verification and entitlement documents that have been uploaded to an order via the web will be visible in the attachments tab. All approved images are able to be printed simultaneously using the Print All Attached Images button. |

| Step 1 |
When viewing the order, select Attachments tab or view the order from the Scanned Image Queue (How to View Orders in the Scanned Image Queue) |
| Step 2 |
Images that have been attached to the order will be displayed. When at least one of the attached images has been approved, the Print All Approved Attachments button will display.

Click the Print All Approved Attachments button

| Step 4 |
A .PDF window will launch displaying the orders that have an Approved image status
|
| Step 5 |
Click the printer icon or menu item: print - file to print all approved images |
| Step 6 |
Close .PDF window to return to VPS |
